Team spaces

Site Settings → Team Spaces controls team spaces.

Setting	Default	What it does
Allow team spaces	On	When off, team drives are hidden. Nothing is deleted, so turning it back on brings them back.
Who can create teams	Everyone	Everyone, or administrators only.
Teams each person can own	5	0 means no limit. Administrators are not limited.
Members per team	50	Including the owner. 0 means no limit.

All teams lists every team with its owner and number of members. You can delete any team along with its drive.

Team storage is shown and limited on the Storage page.
